How I Can Help you
I have worked as a Coach for decades and now want to focus on supporting and equipping parents and family members suffering through estrangement dynamics. My WHY is to provide supportive learning and coaching resources out of a desire to help you get through this tough season of life. Research from Cornell University claims that one in four adults are currently estranged. If you are of these people, I am ready to provide resources and create conversations where you can feel comfortable discussing your challenges to maybe even find hidden gifts. We can discuss your life PATH to remind yourself about your Purpose, Accomplishments, Talents and Hopes. Through self-discovery you can begin to heal and plan for a fulfilling future as you are not alone.

My Story
It has taken me a while to dig myself out of the negative feelings within estrangement, especially the stigma. After several years, it’s time to dig in and do the work to help others. I have endured almost a decade of major and minor estrangement with an adult child. Regrettably, this loss has been accompanied by estrangement from those taking sides within the extended family. So, I know the sorrow and disappointments of estrangement can be distracting and debilitating to say the least. If you are looking to have a conversation with someone who has lived experience with estrangement, I am here for you. But, I am not just offering an empathic ear, I am offering techniques, strategies and tools. My learning and coaching programs may ideally help you reconnect, build trust, reconcile and then, as we all hope, restore relationships with important people in your life. No one can predict or guarantee results, but developing communication skills can certainly move us away from estrangement towards engagement. Through self-discovery you may also notice some hidden and unexpected gifts that make estrangement bearable and the future brighter.
Seeking and finding ways to smile again as we strive to grow from the unique grief and loss of estrangement.
